Quite enjoyable vacation at Kusatsu Onsen Hotel Village. We’ll repeat. The breakfast was excellent and our stay was magnificent.

Me and my spouse stayed at Kusatsu Onsen Hotel Village for 4 days to checking out the city. Kusatsu Onsen Hotel Village is located in an incredibly central place, it really is thoroughly clean plus the beds are really comfortable! Stayed for 6 days with my spouse. Beds were comfortable and the space was usually clean. The employees were extremely helpful and friendly and constantly made us feel welcome. Rooms are large as well as the closet. Bathroom was pretty clean plus the shower was great. Not a really social hotel anyway, maybe was all along our stay.

Great location, every thing is close by. Team are super welcoming and helpful and talk fantastic English. You can find activities each and every evening and it´s a very good way to meet people. Rooms and facilities are good and towels changed everyday. Only problem was beds are a tiny bit noisy but that’s incredibly slight. Good value for the money!
